Ticket Exchange or Modification
If you are submitting for a ticket exchange or modification you must go to Manage My Booking to submit. We are currently experiencing a large volume of requests and calls due to the world-wide pandemic, which has slowed down the inquiry response time throughout the travel industry.
Any and all requests can be made on the Manage My Booking page. Your MMB page will also have the most up-to-date information on your current ongoing refund or change requests.
Please note that every request (changes, refunds requests etc) is taking longer than normal as all airlines are dealing with the same influx in calls and requests. We urge you to keep checking this page in lieu of calling for an update. Our reps will not have any additional information than what is shown on your MMB at this time.
