Headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo, Japan Airlines is one of Japan's two major flag carriers with hubs at Tokyo’s Narita International Airport, Tokyo International Airport, Nagoya’s Chubu Centrair International Airport and Osaka’s Kansai International Airport. Operating a large fleet of narrow and wide-body aircraft, JAL has an extensive domestic network with regional and international services to Europe, Canada, the United States, South America and Australia.
JAL group operations include scheduled and non-scheduled international and domestic passenger and cargo services to 220 destinations in 35 countries worldwide, including codeshares. The group has a fleet of 279 aircraft. Japan Airlines, J-Air, JAL Express, and Japan Transocean Air are members of the Oneworld airline alliance network. As a member of the oneworld® alliance, the airline now reaches more than 305 airports in 51 countries and regions together with its codeshare partners with a modern fleet of more than 220 aircraft.
JAL Mileage Bank (JMB), the airline's loyalty program, has reached over 29 million members worldwide.
