Bangkok Airways is a regional Thai airline based in Bangkok, Thailand. Bangkok Airways is the first privately owned airline established in Thailand, and is now offering almost a hundred flights per day for travelers from around the world to more than twenty exquisite destinations across Thailand and Asia: Samui, Phuket, Trat (Koh Chang), Chiang Mai and Maldives are amongst the hottest selections, while Sukhothai, Luang Prabang and Siem Reap (Angkor) are World Heritage sites.
Bangkok Airways which brands itself as "Asia's Boutique Airline," flies to about 25 destinations, of which 11 are domestic. Bangkok Airways has codeshare agreements with 19 carriers. Its fleet of 29 aircraft primarily consists of one-cabin Economy Class configurations; however, some of its Airbus A319-100 planes also have Business Class cabins.
